- 10+ years of software development experience, with leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performance applications
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, NLP, and event-driven architectures
- Excellent communication and leadership across cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire: provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers
- Architect and develop: oversee architecture and development of scalable apps using in-house models and third-party LLM/NLP
- Drive AI strategy: champion AI adoption to enhance existing products and create new ones
- Embrace modern technologies: advocate modern software practices, cloud, GitOps, data lakes
- Ensure data integrity: implement robust identity resolution and data classification
- Collaborate effectively: work with product, data science, and operations to ensure project execution
