Job summary
GE HealthCare seeks a VP of Software Engineering Transformation & Developer Experience to lead enterprise capabilities that enable faster, safer software delivery across the organization. Qualifications
- Master’s degree or 5+ years progressive experience in a related field.
- 15+ years leading enterprise software or digital transformation in regulated industries.
- Experience establishing governance models, platform operating models, and executive operating mechanisms.
Responsibilities
- Define enterprise capability model for CodeFlow and Software Building Experience.
- Lead governance, DevSecOps, quality controls, and software supply chain improvements.
- Shape AI-enabled development strategy and responsible AI adoption across engineering workflows.
- Partner with IT, product, cybersecurity, regulatory, and external partners to align roadmaps.
