Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering scalable software platforms.
• Experience leading globally distributed software teams across regions.
• Proven ability to balance innovation, delivery, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, AI-enabled development, and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a globally distributed software engineering organization across US, India, and Poland.
• Define and execute an AI-first engineering strategy.
• Establish standards, architecture principles, and development methodologies for scalable, secure software.
• Oversee full SDLC from requirements to deployment and operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Quality, Security, Regulatory, and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Develop engineering leadership through mentoring and a global operating model.
