Job summary

Razorfish in the United States is seeking a Senior Vice President, Program Management to set the standard for delivery—commercially, operationally, and from the client’s view. This leader owns delivery, drives the EDGE model, and is accountable for margin, AI-augmented operations, and measurable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of delivery leadership at the senior executive level.
• Proven experience owning and managing large anchor accounts at the executive client level.
• Demonstrated track record of building, coaching, and scaling high‑performing delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery as a growth engine. Delivery at this level is not execution management — it is business development.
• Lead the EDGE connected delivery model across the organization with clear decision rights.
• Build AI into the delivery infrastructure with AI‑augmentation within 12 months.
• Own the measurement story with a direct link from delivery activity to business outcomes.
• PM Team Leadership across the portfolio, coaching and growing delivery leaders.
