Job summary

Razorfish, Inc. is seeking a VP of AI Enablement to lead our AI strategy across internal productivity, client innov ation, and platform partnerships. The role blends hands-on building with strategic leadership, shaping how we deploy agentic AI across major platforms and client work.

You will prototype and ship tools, scale multi-agent workflows, and mentor teams to drive adoption while guiding bold platform development and partnerships with Google, Meta, and Amazon.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building with agentic coding environments using real tools.
• Frontier-level understanding of agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration.
• 8+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations, product, or business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI enablement strategy across three pillars: internal productivity, client innovation, and platform partnerships.
• Prototype and ship tools; stand up multi-agent workflows; guide the team’s builds.
• Architect multi-agent systems and determine when to use prompts versus pipelines.
• Grow the agentic platform and drive internal adoption across teams.
