Razorfish is seeking a VP of AI Enablement in the United States to lead our AI strategy across internal productivity, client AI storytelling, and platform partnerships with major platforms like Google, Meta, and Amazon. The role blends hands-on building with strategic direction to grow a scalable agentic platform and drive adoption across the agency.

You will prototype and ship tools, guide multi‑agent workflows, and mentor teams while ensuring defensible AI outputs and cost governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations, product, or business transformation.
• Portfolio of shipped agentic tools is highly valued.
• 3+ years leading or enabling cross-functional teams.
• Cloud deployment familiarity (e.g., GCP Cloud Run) and modern LLM APIs are nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI enablement strategy across three pillars: internal productivity, client AI story, and platform partnerships.
• Hands-on prototyping and ship tools using agentic coding environments.
• Architect multi-agent systems with prompts vs deterministic pipelines.
• Grow and scale the agentic platform and drive internal adoption across functions.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions and maintain data, cost, and risk controls.
• Mentor builders and analysts, elevating AI literacy and KPIs.
