Job summary

Acceleration Partners seeks a visionary VP, Affiliate Delivery to own the strategy, structure, and outcomes of our affiliate client services. You will manage P&L, optimize margins, and lead a scalable, distributed team across geographies.

You will drive performance, mentoring leaders, accelerating AI-driven improvements, and expanding high-value client outcomes while maintaining AP's values and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in affiliate marketing or related agency roles.
• Proven track record leading large teams and programs.
• Experience owning P&L and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define how affiliate program delivery is structured and resourced.
• Drive commercial and operational performance across the department.
• Own P&L and margin, ensuring client outcomes.
