Job summary

Acceleration Partners seeks a visionary VP, Affiliate Delivery to own the affiliate client services organization, drive P&L outcomes, and build the team structure for the future. This role blends internal leadership with external client impact and requires shaping delivery strategy, budgeting, and operations across a global team.

The ideal candidate leads with ownership, partners with executive leadership, and champions AI-enabled delivery while ensuring strong client satisfaction and margin

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined affiliate marketing and client services or agency experience.
• Proven track record owning and scaling a business line, practice area, or large client portfolio.
• Experience leading Managers and cross‑regional teams across multiple geographies.
• Deep expertise in affiliate program strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
• Bachelor's degree required.
