Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a VP, Affiliate Delivery to own the vision and outcomes of our affiliate client services organization. This role is remote, with travel for client meetings and events.

The VP will define structure, resource the team, and drive commercial performance across top and bottom lines. The position is a build/run role, requiring leadership across global teams, margin management, and a focus on client satisfaction as a core priority.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in affiliate marketing or client services or agency experience.
• Proven track record owning and scaling a business line, practice area, or large client portfolio.
• Experience leading Managers and cross-regional teams across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Manage, and Hold Your Team Accountable: Owns performance and culture of a large, globally dispersed affiliate client services organization.
• Resource Allocation, Management, and Profitability: Final decision-maker on headcount, hiring, and compensation; manages margins.
• Superior Client Satisfaction: Ensures delivery quality and client trust; coaches teams to address risks early.
• Premium Program Execution: Maintains high professional standards, improves tools, processes, and workflows.
• Internal Accountability And Organizational Stewardship: Establishes clear decision ownership and escalates risks to the right people.
