Acceleration Partners is seeking a VP, Affiliate Delivery to own the vision and outcomes of the affiliate client services organization. You will define how delivery is structured, resourced, and executed, while driving commercial performance and P&L accountability across a global team.

The role blends build and run responsibilities, shaping the future affiliate team structure and enabling AI-driven delivery improvements. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in affiliate marketing and client services or agency experience.
• Proven track record owning and scaling a business line or large client portfolio.
• Experience leading Managers across multiple geographies.
• Deep expertise in affiliate program strategy and performance measurement.
• Understanding of how affiliate integrates with influencer and broader partnership marketing.
• Led AI adoption or transformation initiatives within a team or org.
• Financial acumen including forecasting, margin management, and P&L ownership.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally.
