Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a VP, Affiliate Delivery to own the vision and outcomes of the affiliate client services organization. This role leads a globally dispersed team, owns the P&L, and drives margin and client success with a focus on AI-enabled delivery.

Remote-first with travel for client meetings and conferences. You will shape the structure of the affiliate delivery organization, partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and build the team for scale in a fast-changing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined affiliate marketing and client services or agency experience.
• Proven track record owning and scaling a business line, practice area, or large client portfolio.
• Experience leading Managers and cross‑regional teams across multiple geographies.
• Deep expertise in affiliate program strategy, execution, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption or transformation initiatives within a team or organization.
• Financial acumen, including forecasting, margin management, and P&L ownership.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable, driving performance and culture across a globally dispersed affiliate client services organization.
• Own department margin by coordinating with Finance, Operations and People on utilization, staffing plans and pricing.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by maintaining delivery quality and proactively addressing risks.
• Drive AI adoption and new operating models to improve delivery quality and team capacity.
• Shape the long‑term vision and operating model for affiliate delivery, including structure and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other functions to scale the affiliate delivery practice.
