Job summary

Farm Family seeks a hands-on Vice President of Data & AI Strategy to operationalize the enterprise's data capabilities. You will translate strategy into governance, tooling, and day-to-day practices across domains, collaborating with data stewards, engineers, and analysts.

The role is 100% in-office in New York City, reporting to the SVP, Data & AI Strategy, and includes leading cross-functional teams to drive data governance, external data integration, and MDM programs while delivering

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data strategy, data governance, or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of people leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience delivering data governance or data management programs at enterprise scale.
• Insurance, financial services, or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise data governance framework and operating model across domains.
• Maintain data dictionary and standardized definitions; enable data ownership and quality controls.
• Lead external data integration and onboarding of new sources; coordinate with data providers.
• Build out and operate master data management capabilities and lifecycle processes.
• Run program management for data and AI initiatives; report status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
