Job summary

Clearbrook is seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Vice President, Data & AI Strategy to operationalize enterprise data and AI capabilities. You will work with data stewards, engineers, and analysts to implement governance, integrate external data, mature master data, and keep the portfolio on track for leadership visibility.

This 100% in-office role in New York City offers a base salary range with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data strategy, governance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of people leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data governance or data management programs.
• Knowledge of data architectures, master data management, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce data governance framework and operating model.
• Coordinate external data integration and supplier relationships.
• Build and operate MDM capabilities with lifecycle processes.
• Lead data/AI program management across the portfolio and report to leadership.
