Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (TDS) is seeking a visionary Vice President - AI, Data & Analytics to lead an enterprise-wide transformation from strategy to execution.

You will define the AI and data strategy, partner with CIO and business leaders, and build modern capabilities across data engineering, analytics, BI, and data science. The role offers remote work from a home office in the U.S., with up to 25% travel to key offices in Chicago, IL and Madison, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) required or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 15+ years of progressive technology, data, analytics, AI, or digital leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise AI, data, analytics strategy, roadmaps, investments, and operating models.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver high-value AI and data solutions improving customer experience and performance.
• Lead enterprise adoption of AI, data management, governance, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Drive training, governance and value realization frameworks across the organization.
• Oversee vendor strategy, selection, and partnerships for AI, data, and analytics platforms.
• Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional AI, analytics, data, and center of excellence teams.
