Tyree & D’Angelo Partners (TDP) seeks a Director of AI Solutions to lead the design, development and deployment of AI capabilities across TDP and portfolio companies, bridging technology, business strategy and execution. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and portfolio executives to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver scalable solutions that create measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology consulting, business transformation, data/software engineering or machine learning.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or data platform solutions in production environments.
• Strong understanding of modern tech stack: Cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP); Data platforms (Databricks, Data Lakes, ETL pipelines).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and client engagements.
• Excellent communication skills with executive presence.
• Located in (or ability to re-locate to) the greater Chicago area.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI/data-driven value creation opportunities with leadership teams.
• Translate business challenges into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from concept to production.
