Job summary

Mastercard Inc. seeks a Vice President, Product Management, Agentic Commerce to lead global product strategy for agentic and digital growth initiatives. You will partner across franchises, legal, treasury and regional teams to scale secure payments at high velocity and mass scale.

You will own the product roadmap, drive go-to-market, pilots and scaling, set pricing strategies, and present outcomes to executives to deliver measurable value for Mastercard and ecosystem partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• More than 10 years of product leadership experience.
• Experience balancing stakeholder needs in fintech/payments.

Responsibilities

• Act as product and business/strategy lead across internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with franchise, legal, treasury, digital assets, partnerships and regional teams to inform the roadmap.
• Build and refine product value propositions that resonate with customers across markets.
• Drive pricing strategy, ongoing P&L management, and long-term revenue projections.
• Represent the product strategy in customer and partner engagements.
• Define development, pilot, go-to-market, and scaling strategies with ongoing product/market fit assessment.
• Plan and track product performance and develop enhancements to meet customer adoption.
