Job summary

Mastercard Inc. seeks a Vice President, Product Management, Agentic Commerce to lead the strategy and execution of agentic payments at scale.

You will partner with leaders across legal, treasury, partnerships, and regional teams to translate market insights into a commercial roadmap and customer-centric experiences. You will drive the product vision for agentic commerce, enable AI agents to transact securely, and coordinate with external ecosystem partners to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of demonstrated product leadership and cross-functional leadership.
• Comfortable acting as a decision maker in high-ambiguity, high-pressured workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and B2B payments across multiple rails including card networks, crypto/stablecoin.

Responsibilities

• Act as product and business/strategy lead and interface with executives.
• Build and maintain partnerships across franchise, legal, treasury, digital assets, partnerships, and regional teams.
• Develop and refine product value propositions for diverse markets and customer sets.
• Drive inputs for the commercial strategy: pricing, P&L, and long-term revenue projections.
• Serve as the internal and external voice representing product strategy in engagements.
• Define strategy for development, pilots, go-to-market, and scaling; assess product-market fit.
• Plan and track product performance and plan enhancements to address evolving requirements.
• Support adjacent products and create connections between features.
