Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Agentic Commerce to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Mastercard’s Agent Pay for Machines platform.

You will lead a cross-functional effort spanning product, engineering, legal, treasury, and regional teams to drive adoption and monetization of secure, scalable machine-to-machine payments globally. The role demands deep payments domain expertise, strategic insight, and the ability to align diverse stakeholder

Qualifications

10+ years leading B2B product teams in tech/payments.
Experience delivering 0-1 and 1-N product journeys.
Strong problem-solving and strategic communication.
Ability to align diverse stakeholders and executives.
Experience with AI agents or blockchain a plus.

Responsibilities

Define strategy, roadmap, and commercialization for Agent Pay for Machines.
Lead cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, architecture, legal, treasury, and regional teams.
Build partnerships with ecosystem players (issuers, PSPs, wallets, merchants).
Develop pricing, P&L, and long-term revenue projections for AP4M.
Present findings and strategy to executive leadership.
