Acceleration Partners seeks a VP, Affiliate Delivery who will own vision and outcomes of the affiliate client services organization in a remote-first environment. The role drives the P&L, structure, resourcing, and execution while building the future delivery model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined affiliate marketing and client services or agency experience.
• Proven track record owning and scaling a business line, practice area, or large client portfolio.
• Experience leading Managers and cross-regional teams across multiple geographies.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Owns the performance and culture of a large, globally dispersed affiliate client services organization.
• Manages headcount, hiring, promotions, and compensation with Finance, Operations, and People.
• Ensures client satisfaction and risk management through proactive coaching and escalation.
• Drives AI adoption and new operating models across the delivery teams.
