Job summary

Acceleration Partners is a remote-first agency specializing in partnership marketing. The VP, Affiliate Delivery owns vision and outcomes for our affiliate client services, including P&L ownership and drive for top/bottom line results.

The role builds the team and operating model for future growth while delivering exceptional client outcomes. The position requires 10+ years in affiliate marketing, a strong leadership track record, and willingness to travel up to 30%, including international

Qualifications

• 10+ years in affiliate marketing or related agency roles.
• Proven track record owning and scaling a business line or large client portfolio.
• Experience leading managers and cross-regional teams.
• Deep expertise in affiliate program strategy, execution, and measurement.
• Strong understanding of how affiliate integrates with influencer and retail media.
• Experience leading AI adoption or transformation initiatives.
• Financial acumen including forecasting, margins, and P&L ownership.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally.

Responsibilities

• Owns the performance and culture of a large, globally dispersed affiliate client services organization.
• Sets and models leadership standards; develops a bench of managers.
• Manages headcount, hiring, promotions, and compensation; controls margins.
• Ensures high client satisfaction and manages risks early.
• Leads AI adoption and process improvements across the delivery function.
• Collaborates across Finance, Operations, People, Sales, Marketing to scale the delivery practice.
• PILOT new team structures and delivery models; scale successful approaches.
