Responsibilities

• Support the multi-year strategic roadmap for advisor productivity initiatives.
• Influence product roadmaps to align with business objectives and advisor workflows.
• Own field testing, pilots and national roll outs, and design resources to drive adoption.
• Drive change management plans, executive communications, and adoption metrics.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to sustain competitive advantage.
• Communicate updates clearly to advisors and leadership.
