Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Wealth Management division seeks a senior leader to define and execute the vision for advisor planning tools. You will drive adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement of the planning tools ecosystem, bridging field and home office to align technology with advisor and client needs.

You will partner with product and technology leaders to deliver best-in-class solutions to advisors, translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps, and lead change management to scale

Qualifications

• Hold an active CFP®, JD, or equivalent credential in financial planning or tax strategy.
• Have at least 15 years of leadership experience in financial services with cross-functional impact.
• Demonstrate experience at the intersection of financial planning and technology with enterprise planning software.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for financial planning tools across the organization.
• Develop a multi-year roadmap for tool adoption, functionality, and advisor experience.
