Qualifications

• Active CFP® or JD credential required or equivalent.
• 15+ years leadership in financial services or wealth management.
• Experience at intersection of financial planning and technology with planning software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic vision for financial planning tools across the organization.
• Develop multi-year roadmap for planning tools improvement and adoption.
• Drive advisor adoption and engagement through best practices and interventions.
• Represent advisor/client needs in product reviews and upgrade cycles.
• Partner with product, tech, and vendors to manage contracts and implementations.
• Oversee support and field-facing teams for tool questions and training.
• Design scalable training programs and advisor-facing materials.
