Job summary

Chase Wealth Management seeks a Vice President, Advisor Tools Strategy Lead to shape the strategy and roadmap for advisor productivity tools. You will partner with product and technology to ensure tools meet advisor needs, drive efficiency, and embed controls in a regulated environment.

You will drive enterprise-wide adoption of productivity platforms, influence roadmaps, and own adoption metrics while communicating with senior leadership and field teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services.
• Proven track record delivering high-profile priorities with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience translating business needs into product requirements and influencing roadmaps.
• Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented with multiple priorities.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and advisor workflows to deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Strong executive communication skills for leadership alignment.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment balancing priorities with high execution quality.

Responsibilities

• Support the multi-year strategic roadmap and priorities for advisor productivity initiatives.
• Influence product roadmaps to align with business objectives and advisor workflows.
• Own field testing, pilots and national rollouts; design resources and training to drive adoption.
• Drive change management at scale with stakeholder engagement plans and adoption metrics.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to sustain competitive advantage and advisor satisfaction.
• Translate product and technology updates for advisors and leadership.
