Job summary

Adobe seeks a Strategic Development Manager to accelerate GenAI adoption within Creative Cloud for top creative agencies and professional services. You will drive post-sale enablement, craft enterprise solutions, and present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders.

As part of the Creativity and Productivity Enterprise Customer Strategy and Success team, you will own technical enablement, engage with Firefly Boards and APIs, and collaborate with CS, Sales, and Product to shape AI-driven

Qualifications

• Creative Expertise across Creative Cloud solutions (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Firefly, etc.).
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles (Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Product Management/ Evangelism).
• Experience with enterprise software and adopting new solutions.
• Strong presentation/demonstration skills for diverse audiences.
• Foundational AI understanding and ability to translate to customer conversations.
• Advisory approach to identify business gaps and propose solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel 10–30%.
• Self-motivated with ability to lead commitments.

Responsibilities

• Drive GenAI adoption in Creative Cloud across strategic agencies and services orgs.
• Lead enterprise demos, pilots, and PoCs for high-value use cases (Firefly, AI Assistant, Custom Models, Foundry).
• Engage on Firefly Enterprise API and Custom Model opportunities at scale.
• Support Foundry workflows including world creation and asset storage in Frame.
• Partner with CS, Sales, and Product to craft end-to-end enterprise solutions.
• Present strategic roadmaps, ROI, and adoption plans to stakeholders.
• Drive customer advocacy through events and webinars.
• Capture insights to influence product and go-to-market strategy.
