Job summary

Code and Theory seeks a senior Architecture leader to guide the Adobe practice across content, data and work management. You will own technical direction, play a key role in deal strategy, and mentor a distributed team of architects working across multiple regions.

You will set standards, drive architectural reviews, and advance AI-enabled solutioning to deliver scalable digital architectures for Fortune 100 clients. This is a high-impact leadership role in a dynamic agency.

Qualifications

20+ years in technology with 5+ years leading architects or senior staff globally.
Experience in an agency or consultancy carrying multiple concurrent clients.
Experience delivering across US, India and LATAM regions.
Hands-on architectural expertise across content, data and work management.

Responsibilities

Own architectural quality across all Adobe engagements in the practice.
Lead architecture reviews and establish standards, patterns and reference architectures.
Mentor architects and manage career development within the team.
Drive pre-sales, staffing models, scope and pricing input for deals.
Build AI-enabled workflows, tooling and estimation disciplines.
