Penn Medicine seeks a strategic leader to serve as Vice President, Administration and Chief of Staff for The University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS). You will report to the UPHS CEO and act as a trusted advisor, shaping execution, communications, and strategic priorities across the health system.

The role demands a track record of turning complex challenges into actionable initiatives, building partnerships, and guiding administrative functions through significant organizational growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration or related field required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a complex Academic Medical or University environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with clarity, credibility and influence while building alignment across stakeholders.
• Shows political savvy and ability to manage across a matrixed healthcare system.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight on UPHS Corporate functions.
• Lead and mentor administrative staff and coordinate UPHS administrative departments.
• Support the CEO through strategic initiatives, governance, and communication across the health system.
• Direct project management for large cross-functional initiatives, driving decision-making and execution.
• Prepare materials for staff and executive leadership meetings and align teams with goals.
