DW Simpson Global Actuarial & Analytics Recruitment is assisting a global insurance client in filling a VP, Head of Actuarial Reserving Governance position. This leadership role will shape the reserving governance framework and oversee its implementation across multiple functions.

We seek an actuary with ACAS/FCAS designation and 10+ years of experience, capable of navigating SOX controls, governance, and documentation, with a proven track record delivering robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• ACAS or FCAS designation required.
• 10+ years actuarial experience.
• Strong understanding of governance, controls, and documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with SOX controls & audit processes.
