Job summary

Stellar Health, a US-based health-tech innovator, is seeking a Vice President of Provider Success & Performance to set strategy and own results for total cost of care risk contracts. You will oversee Provider Success and Performance teams, aligning them into one integrated operation that scales with the provider network.

You will translate enterprise goals into actionable operating models, report to senior leadership, and partner with Payors and provider executives to optimize quality and cost

Responsibilities

• Own the risk business’ aggregate performance results across ACO/Risk contracts, setting benchmarks and executive reporting cadence.
• Set the overarching strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for provider performance across the ACO.
• Directly manage and develop Provider Success and Performance teams, building scalable capability.
• Ensure data-driven action plans for providers and scalable execution across the network.
• Translate performance data into strategic insight and communicate with senior leadership.
• Build executive relationships with top provider groups and health systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Med Econ, and Clinical leadership to align portfolio strategy.
