Job summary

Stellar Health is seeking a Vice President of Provider Success & Performance to set strategy and own end-to-end results for total cost of care risk provider networks, ACOs and payor contracts. You will oversee Provider Success and Performance teams and translate enterprise goals into scalable operations.

You will report to the Nova P&L owner and partner with senior leadership to drive data-driven improvement, escalation, and executive reporting across the provider network.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with direct career experience in an ACO/managed care organization OR value-based care operations.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers and leading multi-team organizations, including developing senior leaders (e.g., Senior Managers or Directors).
• Proven track record owning aggregate performance targets across a large book of providers or accounts.

• Own delivery of performance across all ACO/Risk contracts, establishing benchmarks and reporting cadence.
