Job summary

Stellar Health in New York, NY seeks a VP of Provider Success & Performance to own the end-to-end results for the total cost of care across the provider network, ACO and payor contracts. Lead Provider Success and Performance teams, translating enterprise goals into scalable operating models and presenting insights to senior leadership.

You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Med Econ and Clinical leadership, and ensure scalable workflows as the network grows.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in healthcare operations or value-based care.
• 5+ years managing managers and multi-team organizations.
• Track record owning aggregate performance targets across a large provider book.
• Experience setting strategy and translating into scalable operating models.
• Executive presence and communication with senior leadership and Payor/provider executives.
• Strong data analysis skills, including Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end results for total cost of care risk provider networks, ACO and payor contracts.
• Set the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for provider performance.
• Directly manage Provider Success and Performance teams and develop talent.
• Ensure data-driven action plans across the network and scale execution.
• Partner with Med Econ and Enterprise Analytics to translate data into insights.
• Maintain executive reporting and relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Cross-functional alignment with Product, Med Econ, and Clinical leadership.
• Oversee budget, headcount planning, and resource allocation.
• Travel up to 25% to healthcare groups and health systems.
