Job summary

Gainor Staffing in Fairfield County, CT seeks an experienced leader to head the Account Planning function. You will guide omnichannel media strategies across paid, owned, and earned media, turning data and insights into strategic recommendations for senior client executives.

You will manage campaign planning, audience targeting, performance measurement, and partner with Media, Digital, Analytics, and Ad Ops teams to deliver integrated programs.

• Drive account growth, retention, and revenue by identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and expand partnerships.
• Partner closely with Media, Digital, Analytics, and Ad Ops teams to deliver integrated, measurable programs.
• Support new business efforts through pitch strategy, senior client engagement, and development of compelling media solutions.
• Coach and develop team members while building a collaborative, accountable, high-performing culture.

About the Role

About You

• 15+ years of experience in media strategy, account leadership, or an agency environment.
• Proven success leading senior client relationships and large, strategically important accounts.
• Deep expertise in omnichannel media planning, performance marketing, and modern media ecosystems.
• Strong command of data and analytics, with the ability to translate findings into persuasive insights and business recommendations.
• Experience building, leading, and developing teams while improving operating discipline and execution.
• Track record of contributing to client growth, retention, and new business development.
• Ability to balance analytical rigor with creative, commercially minded strategic thinking.

Salary Range

$190,000 - $215,000 annually, based on experience + bonus
