This role offers the opportunity to lead local broadcast investment and team operations while working closely with senior industry partners to drive impactful campaigns.

Who You Are

• Broadcast media professional with 10+ years in local TV and radio
• Experienced in building relationships with station networks, publishers, and investment partners
• Confident leading local broadcast teams and operations
• Skilled negotiator for complex media deals
• Comfortable collaborating with agency teams and senior industry leaders
• Knowledgeable in both local and national media buying

What You’ll Do

• Direct strategy and execution of local TV and radio campaigns
• Lead and mentor the local broadcast team
• Manage high-level relationships with networks, publishers, and senior sales executives
• Negotiate deals to maximize value for clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and implement efficiencies
• Track market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Oversee reporting, analytics, and campaign stewardship
• Partner with operations leadership on process improvements and automation

Salary Range: $160,000 – 190,000 annually, based on experience
