Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced ABL/Factoring sales leader in Florida to develop and drive revenue through a hands-on leadership role. You will originate opportunities, coach a sales team, and build strategic relationships with referral sources and industry professionals.

This role emphasizes close collaboration with credit, underwriting, and portfolio teams to structure deals and move them efficiently from sales to closing, while expanding market presence and guiding talent growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in Asset-Based Lending (ABL) and Factoring.
• Proven track record of originating and closing commercial finance transactions.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and revenue plans for ABL and Factoring.
• Lead, coach, and develop an existing team of Business Development Officers.
• Originate and close new ABL and Factoring opportunities.
• Build relationships with referral sources and centers of influence.
• Generate consistent deal flow through business development and industry relationships.
• Screen and qualify prospective lending opportunities.
• Collaborate with credit, underwriting, and portfolio management on deal structure.
• Move transactions efficiently from sales through underwriting and closing.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, forecasts, and revenue production.
• Identify market opportunities and expand the organization’s ABL/Factoring presence.
• Represent the organization with clients, referral partners, and other stakeholders.
• Support recruiting and development of additional sales talent.
