Job summary

Volvo Cars Shreveport is hiring an internal Service Advisor to deliver a unique and positive customer experience in a clean, temperature-controlled shop. If you are outgoing and passionate about service, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, obtaining vehicle information, reporting symptoms, detailing cost estimates for labor and parts, monitoring progress, and explaining work to customers. We offer health, dental, 401K, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
