Are you passionate about storytelling, advocacy, and using digital platforms for good? The Hilde B Foundation is seeking a Volunteer Social Media Coordinator to help amplify powerful narratives of survival, strength, and transformation.

You’ll join our Narrative Circle, led by Elia Maria, where we highlight voices affected by domestic violence and champion the power of personal stories to spark change. Your focus will be on managing our Instagram presence, translating Elia’s written content into engaging, visually aligned posts that reflect our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and schedule Instagram posts using content provided by Elia
2. Maintain visual and tonal consistency aligned with Hilde B’s brand
3. Recommend relevant hashtags, captions, and visuals to maximize reach and engagement
4. Collaborate with the internal team to coordinate post frequency and timing

We’re looking for someone who:

1. Cares deeply about social justice, domestic violence awareness, and survivor advocacy
2. Has basic experience with Instagram (via Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.)
3. Can commit about 2 hours per week
4. Has a sensitive, respectful approach to visual and written storytelling

This is a remote volunteer position, offering valuable experience in nonprofit, communications, and social media advocacy. You will work with a diverse, inclusive network of volunteers from all over the world.
