WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own our social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and X – creating daily content that converts casual viewers into power users
• Translate sports moments into shareable, meme-worthy content that hits different and drives installs
• Cultivate a distinct voice that resonates with sports-obsessed GenZ while building community around predictions, rewards, and bragging rights
• Monitor platform trends and algorithm shifts to ensure maximum reach and engagement
• Collaborate with growth team on A/B testing copy, video formats, and posting strategies to optimize performance
• Track and report weekly performance metrics, with insights on what's working and where to pivot
• Engage with users, creators, and sports accounts to build visibility and credibility in the ecosystem

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven track record managing social for sports/gaming brands or creators with demonstrable growth results
• Native fluency in TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, and Snapchat – you know what works on each platform without having to Google it
• Video editing skills on mobile tools like CapCut, InShot, or Canva – quick cuts, trending sounds, perfect timing
• Deep knowledge of sports culture across NFL, NBA, MLB, college sports, and betting trends
• Writing that hits – punchy, clear, irreverent, and never corporate
• Ability to spot trends early and adapt them to our brand voice before they're played out
• Self-starter mentality with exceptional time management skills – no micromanagement needed
• Portfolio of social content that demonstrates your ability to drive engagement and conversion
