Job Summary

WerQ AI’s social channels will become critical in our fight for job seekers. As Social Media Manager, you will own our voice across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Bluesky, YouTube, and Instagram. Your focus will be growing our audience, starting conversations, and becoming a trusted and visible ally for job seekers everywhere.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage posting schedules across all channels
• Engage with comments, DMs, and mentions to build community
• Collaborate with content creator on campaigns and visuals
• Stay ahead of trends in the hiring and career space
• Test and refine strategies to grow followers and engagement
• Support influencer and partner collaborations

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing brand social accounts, ideally in B2C or tech
• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn and emerging platforms (X, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone of voice
• Comfortable creating and analyzing reports
• Passion for career growth and user advocacy

Success Looks Like

• Steady follower and engagement growth
• High post consistency and brand alignment
• Regular viral or high-performing posts
• Clear hand-off of leads and followers into Discord and platform

Compensation

This is an equity-only position until we are able to secure funding OR until user-driven revenue begins. Once that happens, we will transition into a full-time salaried position within the stated annual range. Until then, compensation will be deferred.
