Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• At least two years of experience coordinating office, administrative, program or HR functions in a large department.
• Healthcare setting experience with patient experience or hospital volunteers is preferred.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and maintaining databases.

Responsibilities

• Executes the volunteer program plan in collaboration with the COO.
• Communicates with a diverse public and field inquiries on becoming a volunteer.
• Maintains volunteer program materials per organizational standards.
• Partners with hospital departments and administration on volunteer needs and placements.
• Ensures compliance with background checks, health screenings, confidentiality, training and onboarding.
