Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years direct service or customer service experience.
• Experience working with volunteers is preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent conflict resolution, de-escalation and active listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage referral process and ongoing placements from county agencies.
• Act as primary liaison for internal Community Partnerships team.
• Lead volunteer orientation and onboarding.
• Accurately track hours and report to county agencies.
• Coordinate with Community Engagement Team to ensure seamless operation.
