Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Manager, Volunteer Services, Gift Shop, & Senior Advantage to lead the facility volunteers, ensure efficient service, and uphold Baptist Health policies. This role oversees staffing, purchasing and inventory for the Gift Shop, and supervises the Senior Advantage program.

Bachelor's degree is required in business or health administration, with 3 years of managerial/volunteer experience; 3 years in grant writing or retail merchandising is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' managerial and volunteer experience required.
• Minimum 3 years' grant writing or retail/merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of facility volunteers and Gift Shop to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.
• Staffing, purchasing, and inventory control for the Gift Shop.
• Oversee the Senior Advantage program, including membership database, promotions and fulfillment of membership benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Baptist Health's policies and procedures.
