Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a coordinator to manage staffing schedules, payroll, inventory, licenses, and regulatory reporting across two or more business units. You will support patient, staff, physician, and visitor experiences while coordinating life safety and training programs.

Minimum 4 years of administrative experience is required; an AA degree is expected with a preference for a Bachelor's degree or active pursuit.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• AA or pursuing Bachelor's degree with 60+ credits completed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or related work experience.
• Administrative experience is required.
• Advanced computer knowledge including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel.
