CCLex is seeking a Volunteer Program Administrator VISTA to strengthen its volunteer program by implementing a volunteer CRM, streamlining intake and onboarding, and developing training materials. You will collaborate with staff, parishes, schools, businesses, and volunteers to identify needs and expand opportunities.

The role focuses on outreach strategies, standardized tracking, a new Volunteer Services webpage, and staff training to ensure long-term program sustainability.

Qualifications

• Volunteer program coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to develop training materials and onboarding resources.
• Experience with CRM or databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement volunteer CRM and streamline intake and onboarding.
• Develop volunteer training and orientation materials.
• Create hospitality and appreciation processes for volunteers.
• Collaborate with staff, parishes, schools, businesses, and volunteers to identify needs.
• Expand volunteer opportunities and strengthen community engagement.
• Develop outreach strategies and a parish engagement matrix.
• Standardize tracking and reporting systems and build a Volunteer Services webpage.
• Train staff to ensure long-term program sustainability.
• Identify pathways for volunteers to become donors and submit a final sustainability plan.
