Job summary

AmeriCorps VISTA in Maine is seeking a detail-oriented program specialist to support the Catholic Charities Maine Family Strengthening initiative. You will review Volunteer Services workflows, coordinate with 20 Volunteer Coordinators, and help document onboarding, recruitment, and training improvements.

You will analyze data management practices, observe current processes, and recommend streamlined, compliant solutions to sustain growth and impact across all 20 sites.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating volunteers or programs is preferred.
Strong ability to organize, document, and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with volunteer data management and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

Assist 20 Volunteer Coordinators with onboarding, recruitment, and training improvements.
Analyze volunteer data management and record-keeping processes.
Interview coordinators to assess needs and draft recommendations for program improvements.
Collaborate with program staff to implement new workflows and efficiencies.
Attend staff and partner meetings to support sustainable processes.
