Job summary

AmeriCorps & Senior Corps is partnering with Live 2 Give Hope in Lebanon, Missouri to recruit and engage volunteers through a capacity-building VISTA project. The role focuses on developing systems that enable staff to recruit, train, and retain volunteers who serve families in need, without direct client contact.

The VISTA member will create onboarding guides, training resources, scheduling tools, and templates, plus a volunteer feedback process to ensure sustainability beyond the term.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to design onboarding materials and training resources.
• Experience coordinating volunteers or programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a volunteer recruitment and engagement framework.
• Create standardized onboarding and training materials.
• Build a volunteer communication and scheduling system.
