You will develop outreach plans, standardize data reporting, and train staff to ensure long-term program resilience while identifying paths for volunteers to become donors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college graduate level education preferred.
• Experience coordinating volunteers or programs is a plus.
• Ability to develop materials and train staff or volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Build foundation for a sustainable volunteer program by implementing a volunteer CRM.
• Streamline intake and onboarding processes and develop training materials.
• Collaborate with staff, parishes, schools, and volunteers to expand opportunities and improve communications.
• Create outreach strategies and standardize tracking and reporting systems.
