Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Supervisor to oversee Hospitality Services and Volunteer Operations under the Hospitality Manager. You will supervise staff and volunteers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to program standards.

The role acts as the on-site resource for volunteers, patients, families, and staff, coordinating daily operations and reporting to the Volunteer Services Manager to align with system standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in supervisory or lead roles in a service-oriented environment.
• Experience coordinating volunteer activities, onboarding, scheduling, and engagement.
• Healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily Hospitality Services operations within assigned areas with oversight of recordkeeping and staff assignments.
• Provides front-line support to patients, visitors, vendors, and staff in person, by phone, or email.
• Coordinates day-to-day volunteer operations, including scheduling, onboarding, placement, and recordkeeping.
