Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of fundraising, volunteer management, or nonprofit development.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate volunteers.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing management of volunteer fundraisers across multiple committees.
• Manage a portfolio of volunteer leaders, cultivating relationships and guiding fundraising goals.
• Develop tools, materials, and resources to support peer-to-peer fundraising and volunteer-led outreach.
• Pilot and scale new volunteer engagement models, opportunities, and events.
• Support committees in expanding year-round engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with frontline fundraisers and events teams to support volunteer-driven campaigns.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and generate progress reports.
• Provide administrative support to committees and volunteer groups.
