AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a Volunteer Services Coordinator to lead hospital volunteer programs and partnerships across departments. You will recruit, train, and coach volunteers, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop reports tracking performance and impact.

Requires 3+ years in volunteer services or healthcare, 1+ year in a leadership role, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Benefits start Day One, with career development and wellness resources included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working in volunteer services, human resources, healthcare or related field.
• 1+ year of leadership or management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Rounds and supports department to ensure engagement, maximize productivity, consistency, and accountability while identifying volunteer initiatives.
• Evaluates and streamlines processes to reduce expenses and provide efficiency paths for the volunteer teams.
• Collaborates with volunteer services leadership to create reports for tracked metrics and maintain compliance.
• Coaches and resolves conflicts, taking corrective action per HR guidelines.
• Develops programming to enhance patient, visitor, or team member experience.
• Partners with community organizations to develop volunteer/intern pipelines.
• Stays current on volunteer trends and participates in state/national organizations.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and policies pertaining to volunteer service.
• Develops policies and SOPs; submits for approval.
• Executes external recruitment strategy and builds relationships with partners.
• Builds relationships with campus/department leaders to identify volunteer roles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
