Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support volunteer and intern base to enable mission delivery, fundraising and community outreach.
• Develop recruitment, onboarding, training, communication and recognition plans.
• Coordinate Good Neighbor Team and church engagement opportunities.
• Represent World Relief at events and career fairs.
• Ensure efficient volunteer application and screening processes.
• Provide orientation and training for volunteers and interns.
• Track volunteer assignments and monitor progress.
• Coordinate volunteer communications, including newsletters and updates.
• Protect volunteers by assessing risks and liaising with supervisors.
